We will deliver the gift to the recipients at the Organizer's expense. The Organizer will select the winner by random drawing. The selection will be made by random drawing based on the criteria mentioned above. Players expressly acknowledge that the Organizer will select the winning entry itself by random drawing. Players are not entitled to contest this decision. The Organizer reserves the right to modify or change the prize at any time. 2.2. We will announce the winner’s name within 3 business days after the contest closes, in the comments section of the contest post and in a separate post; we will then notify the winner via a private Facebook message or email. For information regarding notification, contact, and prize delivery, see Section 7.3. THE ORGANIZER OF THE GAME 4.1. The Csinta Beach Games ’25 elnevezésű nyereményjáték (a továbbiakban: Játék) szervezője az Aloha Kft. (székhely: 2013 Pomáz Ady Endre út 22) (a továbbiakban: Szervező). TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE GAME 5.1. Only natural persons (hereinafter: “Players”) who do not fall within the category of persons specified in Section 5.9, who are at least 18 years of age, are Hungarian citizens, and have a place of residence or domicile in Hungary for the duration of the Game, and who
- completes the task published by the Organizer in these rules or announced on Csinta’s Facebook page in accordance with the instructions provided there, and furthermore
- consents to the Organizer processing the personal data provided during the Game in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy published on the csinta.hu website, in connection with the specific Game, and
- By participating, you agree to all the terms and conditions set forth in these rules (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”), including, in particular, but not limited to, those set forth in Section 5.10.

By participating in the Game, the Player agrees to all the terms and conditions set forth in these Game Rules (hereinafter: Game Rules). 5.3. „A Csinta Beach Games ’25 ”-ben résztvevő Játékos egyszer nevezhet, melyhez két hozzászólás szükséges a fent említett játékfelhívás alapján. If the Player uses a Facebook profile that he or she did not register personally, the Organizer disclaims all liability for any disputes arising from the right to use that Facebook profile in connection with the Games. 5.5. Players are identified based on the information they provide; therefore, the Organizer bears no responsibility for any technical issues arising from changes to that information that are beyond the Organizer’s control. 5.6. Entries that do not meet the formal and content requirements described in the Contest Rules will be automatically disqualified from the Contest, while valid entries will be recorded electronically. 5.7. The Organizer will automatically disqualify Players who provide false information from the Game. The Organizer may review Entries to ensure compliance with the terms of the Contest Rules, and if an Entry or the Player who submitted it fails to meet the terms of the Contest Rules for any reason, the Organizer may disqualify the Player in question from the Contest. 5.8. By submitting an Entry, the Player acknowledges that the content, performance, message and data transmission speeds, and response times of the Game’s technical infrastructure depend on the server technology and may therefore be adversely affected by factors beyond the Organizer’s control, such as (but not limited to) connection errors, server performance, network load, network congestion, coverage, and the maintenance of a secure network connection. The Organizer disclaims all liability arising from the provisions of this paragraph. 5.9. Employees of the Organizer and other third parties involved in organizing the Contest, as well as the close relatives of all such persons as defined in Section 8:1. (1), paragraph 1, of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code. 5.10. Winning Players grant an exclusive, final, and irrevocable license (hereinafter referred to as the “Content of the Entry”) to Aloha Kft. so that Aloha Kft. may use the Content of the Entry. By participating in the contest, the Player irrevocably and expressly waives any claim to compensation for the right of use; that is, the Player shall not claim any compensation or assert any other cost claims either during the duration of the contest or thereafter. The right of use extends, in particular but not exclusively, to the following: reproduction, distribution, adaptation, public performance, broadcasting to the public or otherwise, retransmission of the broadcast work to the public through the intervention of another organization, and exhibition. DURATION OF THE GAME 6.1. A Játék 2025.07. 23-tól 2024.08.03. 00 óra 00 percig tart. INVALID APPLICATION 7.1. An Application shall be deemed invalid if any of the following conditions apply: The Player is under 18 years of age. The player is not a Hungarian citizen. If the Player is not a natural person. The Player is not a person who resides or is staying in Hungary. The Player is an employee of the Organizer or of any other third party involved in organizing the Game, or is a close relative of any such person as defined in Section 8:1. (1), paragraph 1, point 1 of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code. The Player requests that the Organizer cease processing data related to the Game. If the Player commits fraud in any way during the Game, as defined in any provision of these Rules of Participation and Play. 7.2. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. A Player may be eligible for only one gift package Prize during the entire duration of a given Game, regardless of the number of Entries submitted. 7.3. The Organizer will notify the winner of the Prize no later than 3 (three) business days after the selection of the winning Entry(ies) and the conclusion of the contest via a private Facebook message (Facebook Messenger message) or via email (hereinafter: Notification). The winning Player is required to acknowledge receipt of the Notification within 5 (five) business days of receiving it and to specify the exact address in Hungary to which the Prize is to be delivered; otherwise, the winning Player’s Entry will not be considered a winner, and the Organizer will select an alternate winner. If the Organizer is unable to notify the winning Player within the specified time period due to inaccuracies or incomplete or erroneous information provided during registration, or for any other reason, or if the Player fails to respond to the notification, such circumstances shall not be held against the Organizer. The Organizer hereby excludes any liability for damages or other liability in this regard. The winning Player is obligated to cooperate to ensure that the Prize is delivered in accordance with the courier service’s valid General Terms and Conditions, as well as the provisions of Act CLIX of 2012 on Postal Services. If the winner fails to fulfill this obligation to cooperate, and the delivery of the prize is consequently prevented, the Organizer shall not be held liable for this circumstance. The Organizer cannot provide another opportunity to claim the Prize. TAXATION 8.1. The Organizer is responsible for any personal income tax liability associated with the Prizes. The Organizer shall have no further obligations beyond the delivery of the Prizes as described above and the settlement of any related taxes; Players may not assert any further claims against the Organizer; the Organizer hereby disclaims all liability in this regard. The Organizer shall bear any courier or postage costs associated with the delivery of the Prizes. INFORMATION ABOUT THE GAME 9.1. Players and interested parties may send their questions and comments to the email address hello@csinta.hu. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS 10.1. The Company shall not be liable for any deficiencies or errors in the Entries (e.g., misspelled names, incorrect address, provision of incorrect or false information, etc.), for the failure to deliver or delay in delivering the Prize, or for any damage incurred during delivery, the Organizer assumes no liability whatsoever. 10.2. If the winning Player has a complaint regarding the quality of the prize, he or she may assert any legal claims against the manufacturer or distributor of the prize within the framework of applicable law. If the winner does not accept the prize or gift sent via courier service, the winner may not subsequently claim it from the Organizer. This does not apply if the prize is not accepted because the Winner refuses to accept the package due to damage. 10.3. The Organizer disclaims all liability for any external, so-called SQL attacks targeting the https://www.facebook.com and www.csinta.hu websites (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Websites”) or the servers that host them. Therefore, if, as a result of an attack on the Websites or servers, players receive incorrect system messages regarding their prizes, their prizes, or their status as winners or non-winners, etc., the Organizer assumes no liability whatsoever in such cases. The Organizer disclaims liability for any malfunction of the Website due to causes beyond its control, during which time the Website is unavailable or accessible only to a limited extent; but will immediately take all necessary measures to identify and resolve the cause of the malfunction as soon as possible. 10.4. The Organizer reserves the right to take action if it detects any (computer-based) manipulation, the creation of mass-generated Facebook profiles, or any conduct that is in any way incompatible with or violates the spirit of the game, or if there is reasonable suspicion of such conduct, to immediately disqualify the player from the game. 10.5. Entries shall be deemed invalid for the purposes of the Contest if they, in particular but not exclusively, (i) contain obscene language, (ii) contain sexual content, (iii) offend good taste, (iv) contain religious, political, hateful, or otherwise offensive text, (v) contain a subject matter unrelated to the theme of the given Game or text unrelated to the Organizer, (vi) were downloaded from a website or by any other means, (vii) are promotional in nature, (viii) damage the Organizer’s reputation, (ix) infringe upon the copyright of a third party, (x) are unlawful. The Participant assumes full responsibility for the content of the Entry, and the Participant alone shall bear any legal or financial consequences arising therefrom. If any third party raises any objection regarding the Entry in connection with privacy or copyright rights, the Player shall bear sole responsibility for this, and the Organizer is entitled to pass on any claims arising from such objections to the Player. The Organizer reserves the right to remove the Entry of any Player who violates the above principles from the Csinta Facebook page and to exclude the Player from the Game in question. 10.6. If the Player closes the browser window while uploading data, or if the connection to the Organizer’s website is interrupted (for any reason), the Organizer assumes no liability for any loss of data. 10.7. This Contest and these Contest Rules are governed exclusively by Hungarian law. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Contest Rules at any time, for valid reasons, provided that the Players are duly notified. 10.8. The Game is in no way sponsored by Facebook, nor is it affiliated in any way with Facebook’s owners or operators. Data regarding the Games is provided to the Organizer. 10.9. The Organizer may review entries to ensure compliance with the Terms and Conditions, and if an entry or the Player who submitted it fails to meet the Terms and Conditions for any reason, the Organizer may disqualify the Player in question from the Game in question Kelt: Budapest, 2025. július 23.
