Az \u201e\u0150szi Uzsonna Nyerem\u00e9nyj\u00e1t\u00e9k \u201d-ben r\u00e9sztvev\u0151 J\u00e1t\u00e9kos egy kommenttel nevezhet. Az eredeti poszt al\u00e1 \u00edrt hozz\u00e1sz\u00f3l\u00e1st tudnak a Szervez\u0151k figyelembe venni. Egy j\u00e1t\u00e9kos nyerem\u00e9nye egy sz\u00e1r\u00edtott gy\u00fcm\u00f6lcs aj\u00e1nd\u00e9kcsomag lehet (amennyiben nyer), k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 bek\u00fcld\u00f6tt p\u00e1ly\u00e1zatok eset\u00e9n is.<\/span>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.4. If the Player uses a Facebook profile that he or she did not register personally, the Organizer disclaims all liability for any disputes arising from the right to use that Facebook profile in connection with the Games.<\/span>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.5. Players are identified based on the information they provide; therefore, the Organizer bears no responsibility for any technical issues arising from changes to that information that are beyond the Organizer\u2019s control.<\/span>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.6. Entries that do not meet the formal and content requirements described in the Contest Rules will be automatically disqualified from the Contest, while valid entries will be recorded electronically.<\/span>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.7. The Organizer will automatically disqualify Players who provide false information from the Game. The Organizer may review Entries to ensure compliance with the terms of the Contest Rules, and if an Entry or the Player who submitted it fails to meet the terms of the Contest Rules for any reason, the Organizer may disqualify the Player in question from the Contest.<\/span>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.8. By submitting an Entry, the Player acknowledges that the content, performance, message and data transmission speeds, and response times of the Game\u2019s technical infrastructure depend on the server technology and may therefore be adversely affected by factors beyond the Organizer\u2019s control, such as (but not limited to) connection errors, server performance, network load, network congestion, coverage, and the maintenance of a secure network connection. The Organizer disclaims all liability arising from the provisions of this paragraph.<\/span>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.9. Employees of the Organizer and other third parties involved in organizing the Contest, as well as the close relatives of all such persons as defined in Section 8:1. (1), paragraph 1, of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code.<\/span>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.10. Winning Players grant an exclusive, final, and irrevocable license (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cContent of the Entry\u201d) to Aloha Kft. so that Aloha Kft. may use the Content of the Entry. By participating in the contest, the Player irrevocably and expressly waives any claim to compensation for the right of use; that is, the Player shall not claim any compensation or assert any other cost claims either during the duration of the contest or thereafter. The right of use extends, in particular but not exclusively, to the following: reproduction, distribution, adaptation, public performance, broadcasting to the public or otherwise, retransmission of the broadcast work to the public through the intervention of another organization, and exhibition.<\/span>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DURATION OF THE GAME<\/span>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6.1. A J\u00e1t\u00e9k 2023. 11. 20-t\u00f3l 2022. 12.28. 00 \u00f3ra 00 percig tart.<\/span>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">INVALID APPLICATION<\/span>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7.1. \u00c9rv\u00e9nytelen p\u00e1ly\u00e1zatnak min\u0151s\u00fcl, amennyiben az al\u00e1bbi felt\u00e9telek valamelyike fenn\u00e1ll:<\/span>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Player is under 18 years of age.<\/span>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The player is not a Hungarian citizen.<\/span>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the Player is not a natural person.<\/span>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Player is not a person who resides or is staying in Hungary.<\/span>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Player is an employee of the Organizer or of any other third party involved in organizing the Game, or is a close relative of any such person as defined in Section 8:1. (1), paragraph 1, point 1 of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code.<\/span>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Player requests that the Organizer cease processing data related to the Game.<\/span>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Amennyiben a J\u00e1t\u00e9kos a jelen R\u00e9szv\u00e9teli \u00e9s J\u00e1t\u00e9kszab\u00e1lyzat b\u00e1rmely pontj\u00e1ban foglaltak szerint a J\u00e1t\u00e9k sor\u00e1n b\u00e1rmilyen m\u00f3don csal\u00e1st k\u00f6vet el<\/span>  &nbsp;  &nbsp;  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7.2. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. A Player may be eligible for only one gift package Prize during the entire duration of a given Game, regardless of the number of Entries submitted.<\/span>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7.3. Szervez\u0151 a Nyerem\u00e9ny nyertes\u00e9t legk\u00e9s\u0151bb a nyertes p\u00e1ly\u00e1zat(ok) kiv\u00e1laszt\u00e1s\u00e1t a j\u00e1t\u00e9k lez\u00e1rt\u00e1t k\u00f6vet\u0151 3 (h\u00e1rom) munkanapon bel\u00fcl Facebook priv\u00e1t \u00fczenetben (Facebook messenger \u00fczenet) vagy emailben \u00e9rtes\u00edti (tov\u00e1bbiakban: \u00c9rtes\u00edt\u00e9s).<\/span>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The winning Player is required to acknowledge receipt of the Notification within 5 (five) business days of receiving it and to specify the exact address in Hungary to which the Prize is to be delivered; otherwise, the winning Player\u2019s Entry will not be considered a winner, and the Organizer will select an alternate winner.<\/span>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the Organizer is unable to notify the winning Player within the specified time period due to inaccuracies or incomplete or erroneous information provided during registration, or for any other reason, or if the Player fails to respond to the notification, such circumstances shall not be held against the Organizer. The Organizer hereby excludes any liability for damages or other liability in this regard. The winning Player is obligated to cooperate to ensure that the Prize is delivered in accordance with the courier service\u2019s valid General Terms and Conditions, as well as the provisions of Act CLIX of 2012 on Postal Services. If the winner fails to fulfill this obligation to cooperate, and the delivery of the prize is consequently prevented, the Organizer shall not be held liable for this circumstance.<\/span>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Organizer cannot provide another opportunity to claim the Prize.<\/span>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">TAXATION<\/span>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">8.1. The Organizer is responsible for any personal income tax liability associated with the Prizes. The Organizer shall have no further obligations beyond the delivery of the Prizes as described above and the settlement of any related taxes; Players may not assert any further claims against the Organizer; the Organizer hereby disclaims all liability in this regard. The Organizer shall bear any courier or postage costs associated with the delivery of the Prizes.<\/span>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">INFORMATION ABOUT THE GAME<\/span>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9.1. Players and interested parties may send their questions and comments to the email address hello@csinta.hu.<\/span>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS<\/span>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">10.1. A P\u00e1ly\u00e1zatok hi\u00e1nyoss\u00e1g\u00e1\u00e9rt\/hib\u00e1j\u00e1\u00e9rt (pl. n\u00e9vel\u00edr\u00e1s, c\u00edmel\u00edr\u00e1s, t\u00e9ves vagy nem val\u00f3s adat felt\u00fcntet\u00e9se stb.), a Nyerem\u00e9ny k\u00e9zbes\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9nek elmarad\u00e1s\u00e1\u00e9rt vagy k\u00e9sedelm\u00e9\u00e9rt, ill. a k\u00e9zbes\u00edt\u00e9s sor\u00e1n keletkezett k\u00e1rok\u00e9rt Szervez\u0151 semmilyen felel\u0151ss\u00e9get nem v\u00e1llal.<\/span>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">10.2. If the winning Player has a complaint regarding the quality of the prize, he or she may assert any legal claims against the manufacturer or distributor of the prize within the framework of applicable law.<\/span>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the winner does not accept the prize or gift sent via courier service, the winner may not subsequently claim it from the Organizer. This does not apply if the prize is not accepted because the Winner refuses to accept the package due to damage.<\/span>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">10.3. The Organizer disclaims all liability for any external, so-called SQL attacks targeting the https:\/\/www.facebook.com and www.csinta.hu websites (hereinafter collectively referred to as the \u201cWebsites\u201d) or the servers that host them. Therefore, if, as a result of an attack on the Websites or servers, players receive incorrect system messages regarding their prizes, their prizes, or their status as winners or non-winners, etc., the Organizer assumes no liability whatsoever in such cases. The Organizer disclaims liability for any malfunction of the Website due to causes beyond its control, during which time the Website is unavailable or accessible only to a limited extent; but will immediately take all necessary measures to identify and resolve the cause of the malfunction as soon as possible.<\/span>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">10.4. The Organizer reserves the right to take action if it detects any (computer-based) manipulation, the creation of mass-generated Facebook profiles, or any conduct that is in any way incompatible with or violates the spirit of the game, or if there is reasonable suspicion of such conduct, to immediately disqualify the player from the game.<\/span>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">10.5. Entries shall be deemed invalid for the purposes of the Contest if they, in particular but not exclusively, (i) contain obscene language, (ii) contain sexual content, (iii) offend good taste, (iv) contain religious, political, hateful, or otherwise offensive text, (v) contain a subject matter unrelated to the theme of the given Game or text unrelated to the Organizer, (vi) were downloaded from a website or by any other means, (vii) are promotional in nature, (viii) damage the Organizer\u2019s reputation, (ix) infringe upon the copyright of a third party, (x) are unlawful. The Participant assumes full responsibility for the content of the Entry, and the Participant alone shall bear any legal or financial consequences arising therefrom. If any third party raises any objection regarding the Entry in connection with privacy or copyright rights, the Player shall bear sole responsibility for this, and the Organizer is entitled to pass on any claims arising from such objections to the Player. The Organizer reserves the right to remove the Entry of any Player who violates the above principles from the Csinta Facebook page and to exclude the Player from the Game in question.<\/span>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">10.6. If the player closes the browser window while uploading data, or if the connection to the server\u2019s website is interrupted (for any reason), the Organizer assumes no liability for any loss of data.<\/span>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">10.7. This Contest and these Contest Rules are governed exclusively by Hungarian law. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Contest Rules at any time, for valid reasons, provided that the Players are duly notified.<\/span>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">10.8.
