Players participating in the \u201eHoliday Game 2022\u201d may enter by posting a comment. The Organizers will only consider comments posted directly under the original post. A player\u2019s prize may consist of one gift package (if they win), even if they submit multiple entries.  5.4. If a Player uses a Facebook profile that they did not register themselves, the Organizer disclaims all liability for any disputes arising from the right to use the Facebook profile in connection with the Contest.  5.5. Players are identified based on the information they provide; therefore, the Organizer bears no responsibility for technical issues arising from any changes to this information that are beyond the Organizer\u2019s control.  5.6. Entries that do not comply with the formal and content requirements described in the Contest Rules will be automatically disqualified from the Contest, while valid entries will be recorded electronically.  5.7. The Organizer will automatically disqualify Players who provide false information from the Contest. The Organizer may review Entries to ensure compliance with the terms of the Contest Rules, and if an Entry or the Player who submitted it fails to meet the terms of the Contest Rules for any reason, the Organizer may disqualify the Player in question from the Contest.  5.8. By submitting an Entry, the Player acknowledges that the content, performance, message and data transmission speeds, and response times of the Game\u2019s technical infrastructure depend on the server technology and may therefore be adversely affected by factors beyond the Organizer\u2019s control, such as (but not limited to) connection errors, server performance, network load, network congestion, coverage, and the maintenance of a secure network connection. The Organizer disclaims all liability arising from the provisions of this paragraph.  5.9. Employees of the Organizer and other third parties involved in organizing the Contest, as well as the close relatives of all such persons as defined in Section 8:1. (1), point 1 of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code.  5.10. Winning Players are subject to exclusive, final, and irrevocable temporal and geographical restrictions (hereinafter \u201cContent of the Entry\u201d) to Aloha Kft. to use the Content of the Entry, free from any temporal or geographical restrictions. By participating in the contest, the Player irrevocably and expressly waives any claim to compensation for the right of use; that is, the Player shall not claim any compensation or assert any other cost claims either during the duration of the contest or thereafter. The right of use extends, in particular but not exclusively, to the following: reproduction, distribution, adaptation, public performance, broadcasting to the public or otherwise, retransmission to the public of the broadcast work\u2014with the intervention of another organization\u2014as compared to the original, and exhibition.  DURATION OF THE CONTEST  6.1. The Contest runs from December 11, 2022, until 7:00 p.m. on December 18, 2021.  INVALID ENTRY  7.1. An entry is considered invalid if any of the following conditions apply:  The Participant is under 18 years of age.  The Participant is not a Hungarian citizen.  The Player is not a natural person.  The Player does not have a place of residence or domicile in Hungary.  The Player is an employee of the Organizer or of any other third party involved in organizing the Game, or is a close relative of any such person as defined in Section 8:1. (1), paragraph 1, point 1 of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code.  The Player requests that the Organizer cease processing their data in connection with the Game.  If the Player commits fraud in any way during the Game, as defined in any provision of these Rules of Participation and Game Play, 7.2. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. A Player may be eligible for only one gift package Prize during the entire duration of a given Game, regardless of the number of entries submitted.  7.3. The Organizer will notify the winner of the Prize no later than 3 (three) business days after the selection of the winning entry(ies) and the conclusion of the Game via a private Facebook message (Facebook Messenger) or email (hereinafter: \u201cNotification\u201d).  The winning Participant is required to confirm receipt of the Notification within 5 (five) business days of receiving it and to specify the exact address in Hungary to which they request delivery of the Prize; otherwise the winning Player\u2019s Entry will not be considered a winner, and the Organizer will select an alternate winner.  If the Organizer is unable to notify the winning Player within the aforementioned timeframe due to inaccuracies, incomplete or erroneous information provided during registration, or for any other reason, or if the Player fails to respond to the notification, such circumstances shall not be held against the Organizer. The Organizer hereby excludes any liability for damages or other liability in this regard. The winning Player is obligated to cooperate to ensure that the Prize is delivered in accordance with the courier service\u2019s valid General Terms and Conditions, as well as the provisions of Act CLIX of 2012 on Postal Services. If the winner fails to fulfill this obligation to cooperate and the delivery of the Prize is consequently prevented, the Organizer shall not be held liable for this circumstance.  The Organizer cannot provide another opportunity to claim the Prize.  TAXATION  8.1. The Organizer is responsible for any personal income tax (SZJA) liability associated with the Prizes. The Organizer shall have no further obligations beyond the delivery of the Prizes as described above and the settlement of any related taxes; Players may not assert any further claims against the Organizer; the Organizer hereby disclaims all liability in this regard. The Organizer shall bear any courier or postage costs associated with the delivery of the Prizes.  INFORMATION ABOUT THE CONTEST  9.1. Players and interested parties may send their questions or comments to the email address hello@csinta.hu.  MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS  10.1. The Organizer shall not be liable for any deficiencies or errors in the entries (e.g., misspelled names, incorrect addresses, provision of false or inaccurate information, etc.), the Organizer assumes no liability whatsoever for the failure or delay in delivering the Prize, or for any damage incurred during delivery.  10.2. In the event of a complaint regarding the quality of the prize, the winning Player may assert any legal claims against the manufacturer or distributor of the prize within the framework of applicable law.  If the winner fails to accept the prize or gift sent via courier service, they may not subsequently claim it from the Organizer. This does not apply if the prize is not accepted because the Winner refuses to accept it due to damage to the package.  10.3. The Organizer disclaims all liability for any external, so-called SQL attacks targeting the https:\/\/www.facebook.com and www.csinta.hu websites (hereinafter collectively referred to as the \u201cWebsites\u201d) or the servers operating them. Therefore, if, as a result of an attack on the Websites or servers, players receive erroneous system messages regarding their prizes, gifts, grand prizes, winner\/non-winner status, etc., the Organizer assumes no liability whatsoever for such cases. The Organizer disclaims liability for any malfunction of the website due to causes beyond its control, during which time the website is unavailable or has limited functionality, but will immediately take all necessary measures to identify and resolve the cause of the malfunction as soon as possible.  10.4. The Organizer reserves the right, in the event that it detects any (computer-based) manipulation, the creation of mass-generated Facebook profiles, or any conduct that is in any way incompatible with or violates the spirit of the game, or if there is reasonable suspicion thereof, to immediately disqualify the player from the game.  10.5. Entries that are deemed to violate the rules of the Games include, but are not limited to, those that (i) contain obscene language, (ii) are sexually explicit, (iii) offend good taste, (iv) contain religious, political, hateful, or otherwise offensive text, (v) contain a subject matter unrelated to the theme of the given Game or text unrelated to the Organizer, (vi) were downloaded from a website or by any other means, (vii) are promotional in nature, (viii) damage the Organizer\u2019s reputation, (ix) infringe upon the copyright of a third party, (x) are unlawful. The Participant assumes full responsibility for the content of the Entry, and the Participant alone shall bear any legal or financial consequences arising therefrom. If any third party raises any objection regarding the Entry in connection with privacy or copyright rights, the Player shall bear sole responsibility for this, and the Organizer is entitled to pass on any claims arising from such objections to the Player. The Organizer reserves the right to remove the Entry of any Player who violates the above principles from the Csinta Facebook page and to disqualify the Player from the relevant Contest.  10.6. If a Player closes the browser window while uploading data, or if the connection to the Organizer\u2019s website is interrupted (for any reason), the Organizer assumes no liability for any loss of data.  10.7. This Game and these Rules are governed exclusively by Hungarian law. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Rules at any time, if justified, provided that Players are duly notified.  10.8.
